ABOUT WELL HAUS
Sarah Irwin has always seen the home differently. With a background in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Architectural Drafting and with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing, she understands that the spaces we live in quietly shape how we eat, move, rest, and feel.
After working in design and supporting clients through nutrition and lifestyle changes, Sarah realised something powerful: people don’t struggle because they lack willpower — they struggle because their environment isn’t designed to support the life they want.
Well Haus Consulting was born from this insight.
Sarah is renowned for her calm and innovative approach to her work. Reading a home the way others read a person — noticing patterns, friction points, and opportunities for ease. Her method blends spatial design, nourishment, movement, and daily rhythms into a single, thoughtful system that helps clients seamlessly embrace healthier lifestyles.
